Combine 1 x 250g packet of cooked UNCLE BEN'S Express Chinese Style Rice, 1 chopped onion, ½ teaspoon of chilli flakes, 2 eggs, 1 cup of plain flour and enough water to make a thick batter.
Fry teaspoons of the mixture in oil for approximately 2 minutes or until golden.
Serve with Sweet Chilli Sauce.
