Cooking Method

Pour boiling water into a large, flat dish. Add rice paper wrappers, one at a time and soak for approximately 10 seconds or until soft.

Place rice in microwave and heat on HIGH for 2 minutes.

Place rice paper wrappers on a flat surface. Place some of the rice on each wrapper and fold to enclose. Serve with sweet chilli or soy sauce.
