Stir-fry 4 thinly sliced chicken thigh fillets in a little oil over high heat for 3 minutes.
Add ¾ cup of orange juice and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add 1 bunch of broccolini and 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes then stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Serve with 1 x 250g packet of cooked UNCLE BEN’S Express Long Grain Rice.
Sprinkle with a little soy sauce and chopped shallots.
