Pork Fillet With Asian Glaze

- 1 x 300g packet of cooked Uncle Ben's® White Rice.
- 200g of finely sliced pork fillet
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce
- ½ thinly sliced green capsicum

- Combine the ingredients.
- Fry over high heat in a little oil for 3 minutes. Stir to prevent burning.
Serve over 1 x 250g packet of cooked White Rice.
