Pork Fillet With Asian Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 x 300g packet of cooked Uncle Ben's® White Rice.
  • 200g of finely sliced pork fillet
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce
  • ½ thinly sliced green capsicum

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients.
  2. Fry over high heat in a little oil for 3 minutes. Stir to prevent burning.
  3. Serve over 1 x 250g packet of cooked White Rice.
